£6.82 from Viewsbank to get me started. Don't think I will be earning much over the next couple of weeks though as MIL died in the early hours of this morning.

So sorry to hear that. Thoughts with you and your family.
Money making will still be here next month, so don't let yourself feel guilty about it or anything like that. Important time for your family instead :(

Monkeynut- is shop and scan a seperate thing, or will it appear on my consumer pulse page if i get invited?

Shop and Scan is a separate thing, just run by the same company. I got an email a while after joining Consumer Pulse. Then an invitation to Food on the Go a while after joining Shop & Scan.

Food on the Go (which is where you text food you buy, on the go, funnily enough!!) That's linked to Shop and Scan though so the points from it go to your S&S account.

    If that makes sense!!

  • good morning MSE land :)

Overnight received a payment into my bank account which we had been waiting on for a long time. Super...£100 plus £9.36.

Still waiting on about £29 from an Australian buyer that I sold to at the weekend. Have emailed her politely 5 times but it doesn't look like she will pay. It states clearly on the listing that you checkout within 24 hours and its now 5 days.........grrrr.
Will offer to the next bidder but who knows, may have to relist again. Sickened. Ah well onwards and upwards :):):)

Grrrr, just done a Global Test Market survey, which would have taken me over 1000 points so I could cash out, got right to the end and was told I was screened out.
Have emailed them. It was only for 15 points, but I've been stuck on 995 for ages as I kept getting screened out or not doing them in time.

Does anyone know how long they tend to take to send the cheque once you cash out? It will be my first redemption from them so I don't know :)

  • Haven't done much yet this month but I booked my train ticket to my Mother's for Christmas saving £15 by doing it in advance. Haven't booked the ticket back yet but that will be another £15 when I have the dates sorted.

Am maybe (probably) going to be moving early next year (depending on where my next job is based) so seems like a good idea to start going through everything and selling anything I don't want to keep hauling around. Urgh - that means photos and writing descriptions and tidying.... Noooo.

Evening all, those of you who are members of viewsbank, how do you make any money? I've filled in the 10 starter surveys, i'm calling them profile surveys, the ones that are about 10p each, but now what? Do they email you surveys, or, is it just a matter of waiting to be asked to do mystery shops?
