  • Signed up for the foursquare AMEX £5 back deal explained in the MSE news page. Not sure if I'll use it or not, but if I'm going into any of the shops involved anyway I might as well get £5 back if I can :D.

Not a lot to report otherwise... though I got gravy, stock pots & a pack of season & shake as freebies at work this morning. They give away different things every fortnight in exchange for some feedback... last time it was shampoo and handwash. Not particularly exciting but useful none the less.

  • Hi Everyone..

Asking for a little help here - I really need to make as much money/vouchers as possible right now.. I have read through the beginning page but as I'm quite new to all this I was wondering if anyone could give any personal opinions on the best ways to make money or vouchers..

Its really needed right now although i'm a little skeptical of vouchers with the whole comet situation. Theres sooo many survey sites & i'm not sure which would be best?

As I said its really needed for me right now :( so any help would be much appreciated :D 4 Ebay items with bids ending today so thats something :)

It really depends on the type of things you want to buy and whether you want to do just surveys or other things online.

Personally I'm a big fan of reward sites like swagbucks and gifthulk etc which as well as rewarding you for surveys also offer rewards for searches, watching videos and completing special offers. Generally the best value for points on these sites is amazon vouchers but you can get cash (through paypal at a lower rate).

Having said that they don't pay the most for surveys... they are really quick to accumulate if you spend a lot of time online because you can earn from so many different things but if you just want to do a couple of surveys then a survey only site like valued opinions etc will pay more per survey. The best paid one used to be pinecone don't know if it still operates but joining it is difficult and I am yet to qualify. Most survey sites offer a range of different vouchers (usually including both amazon and paypal).

Always a good idea to cash out as soon as you reach a decent amount, in case the site goes down. Then transfer your vouchers to your account.

Try joining a cashback site as well... these are little goldmines particularly if you buy a lot of stuff online and watch out for any introductory offers these can make you lots of money, such as signing up for a free month on lovefilm/netflix/equifax etc they can pay up to £30 for signing up (make sure you cancel anything you don't want before you have to pay anything though). I prefer topcashback because it doesn't charge a fee.... on quidco they keep your first £5 a year (or they used to).
  • £3 from Pcone.

I agree with fractured about swagbucks, and I also do Valued Opinions, Toluna, Shop & Scan & P1nec0ne Xx

Thank you so much for the detailed response :) Will definitely join topcashback as I'll be needing to shop online with Christmas coming up. I made £10 on swagbucks in amazon vouchers but after a first surge of surveys haven't really had any so I'll take a look at valued opinions.

Great advice with cashing out though on sites, I've always been weary on vouchers because you never know when a shop/site could go down so will keep this in mind ..

It's nice to have somewhere to be able to get some advice, has put me at ease a little so Thanks again!

£3 from P*ne C*ne for me too today.
I agree with fractured and PLMBL I love SBucks and I also do My Survey, IPSOS and New Vista. You Gov is great too as you never get dqd and the surveys are relatively short but they only payout when you get to £50
