    Morning all,

Thanks for the positive vibes Miffy, am all ready to go. I wonder what the interview panel would think if they knew my outfit was all from the charity shop:T
Will set off shortly as I am not sure of the traffic or location.
Hope I can remember everything I want to say. Oh well they are only people like me. Will report in later.
OS wise something from the freezer tonight, probably pork chops. Dh has a busy day but have left ds3 in bed as he has this week off for half term
    Have a good day all J x

    Morning all,

Not as cold here today, and no rain :j so wm is on with the forst of 2 loads. need to have a general clean through and hoover and mop the floors.

I then need to lock myself in the office and do a good few hours of my 2nd job, could not do it last week due to illness, so need to crack on with that.

Half term here and dd is off, but working mon - thurs, so need to drop her at work.

Dinner tonight is a lovely leg of lamb, big treat for us, as its usually so expensive, but it was on offer in tesco, and I will get a good few meals off of it, will do a full roast tonight.

Also need to do an online shop.

Julie, good luck for your interview xxxx

    JackieO hope dd is safe.

    Have good days all xx

not been on for a few days - been a hectic time but back to normal now:)

Had a fab day out on Saturday at an art seminar, cant wait to find time to get painting now with my new brush and paper, am going to enter a competition too:)

OS - need to seriously declutter but time is against me. Washing is on the line, weather supposed to be better this afternoon. Vac still not mended - there is a blockage and DH needs to take it to bits so have been using a dustpan and brush and a broom - good for the figure I suppose:D

Am defrosting some fish pie for tea which DH can pop in the ove for when I get home.

    Bitsy - enjoy Bath x

    (((hugs))) to those feeling poorly

jackieO - Hope your DD is safe and sound x

Hugs to those who need it. Xx

Rough night last night- baby has the cold so unsettled and big one just seemed to be awake most of the night. Not looking forward to today as oh does a long day at work and won't be home until 11 and I'm exhausted already.

OS plans - list some more stuff on eBay, photos of another bag of stuff, write thank you cards, post office trip and meeting up with a friend for her birthday as she's off for half term. Really need to look at some uni work too.

    Morning all,

celesmai, a thousand apologies, i meant to welcome you when you first posted a day or two ago but i forgot.... my weekends are a bit hit and miss unfortunately. We dont actually do much and thats the problem. I like routine but weekends are far from routine. Anyway, welcome.

Kitchen floor has been cleaned already
Dogs have been out and cleaned up after

Plans for today include vacuum throughout and a trip to the Post Office. I did rather well on Ebay the weekend and within hours all had paid so it just leaves me to post the stuff off to them. Ive told hubby i will give him £100 from the proceeds as he paid for my new phone a few weeks back.

Weather is bright and sunny but boy is it cold!

Have a great day all but wrap up warmly! :)

Sunday morning we went to Frankie & Benny's for breakfast, and then hit a new HUGE Poundland in Eastbourne. I bougt loads of stocking fillers in there and J2O's four for a pound. Put them away for Xmas!

DD and DGD are coming over this morning. They made cakes yesterday, and baby wants me to have one:rotfl:

Bitsy Enjoy Bath, I've never been , but would love to.

    Hi all

Playing housework catchup today, as we had a lazy childfree weekend.

Going to have a 'freezer dive' later to see what we,ve got, been spending wayyyy to much recently, but have got a load of Christmas prezzies sorted.

Feeling a bit down today, we,re having a Halloween party on Saterday, and OH had the bright idea of it being fancy dress, tried on an old costume yesterday and couldn,t beleive how tight it was, I must of put on 2 stone since I last wore it - gotta go on a diet....... Feeling fat and frumpy, hair is a mess ( getting it cut Thursday), generally feel Yuk - entirely my fault, so need to get my (too big) bum into action.

Time to be firm with myself with food and cash - I have been very slack.

Sorry for the self- indulgent whine....

Hugs to sads and poorlies xx

    Have a fab day x

  • Good morning everyone :)

It appears to be brightening up here so the washing machine is on and my fingers are firmly crossed.

Had a lovely day with OH yesterday batch cooking and the fridge and freezer look very healthy for the next week.

I desperately need some work clothes so am going to try some charity shops today, Last time I managed to get 2 M&S tops and one from Florence & Fred (? Tesco) all with tags still on for total cost of £8.95, so fingers crossed for a similar result today. Have just remembered that I bought DD a jacket from Oxfam and she didn't like it so I think I will put that on ebay.

Well wishes for all sick people and pets and hugs for those who need or just want them. Have a super day :)

There is a strange yellow ball in the sky:D It is dry at the moment but forecast is for rain again later.
DH is at work until 1pm (He only has to do 26 hours this week, but that means 10 hours short next month :() Thank goodness I only have four pressies left to get for Christmas and have plenty in the freezers and cupboards.
DD is at her BF's again so I don't know when she will be home.

I have a few cupboards to sort out today and I need to make a Doctor's appointment later.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
