Meal Plans w/b Monday 29 October

Hi everyone. Blimey... where did October go ?? Couldnt find a thread started for next week ....
so heres mine in no particular order during the week
Lasagne & garlic bread
Chicken & peppers in black bean sauce with boiled rice
toad in the hole (1/2 pack sausages)
beef curry, rice, chips for DS & garlic nan
rest of sausages, with either egg, chips & beans or pasta
saturday - pizza & garlic bread
sunday - roast pork with apple and herb crust, roast potatoes veg & gravy
Have a good week everyone x

Here's mine for the week:
Sun: Roast Beef with all the Trimmings (Trying a nice looking piece of brisket)
Mon: Sausage Casserole with Mash
Tues: Chicken Curry with Rice
Weds: TBC
Thurs: Shepherd's Pie
Fri: Pasta Amatriciana
Sat: Black Bean Chicken Noodles (fake-out night)
Sun: Roast Chicken with all the Trimmings.

Thanks for starting the thread, I am not too organised this week, but am hoping it looks something like this :
Su-Roast Sutton Hoo chicken, roast spuds and beetroot, carrots and cabbage, white wine gravy
mo-chicken and mushroom tagliatelle
tu-chicken and chorizo paella
we-pasta with roasted tomato sauce
th-pan fried lemon sole, new potatoes, carrots and peas
fr-lamb chops, baked potatoes with cheese, cabbage and carrots.
sa-just me, ham and cheese omelette and chips
su-again, just me, reckon I will have fish pie from the freezer, with some peas0 -
Sun roast chicken dinner then hm apple crumble
Mon sausage casserole
Tues fishfingers n chips
Wed jerk chicken in hm jerk sauce
Thurs hm pasta bake and sfc
Fri curry night- will choose a recipe out of the takeaway secrets book.
Sat hm doner kebab a d tandoori chicken in a naan and crunchy salad and spiced onions

Have only just started actually meal planning, rather than my usual vague idea of the week ahead mixed with, 'oh that needs using up' so here goes with my first one
Sun - Roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, veggies and gravy, chocolate almond cake with white choc and cardomon custard
Mon - HM pea and ham soup (we had a ham on sat) with toasted sandwiches, baked windfall apples and yoghurt
Tues - chicken and ham pie from leftovers with veggies
Wed - chicken noodle soup, apple cake
Thurs - Thai veggie stir fry with rice, apple cake
Fri - HM pizza, salad, garlic bread - not sure about pudding
Sat - sausage and green lentil stew thing with cauliflower puree and green veggiesLove many, trust few, learn to paddle your own canoe.

Just about stuck to the mealplan last week with just one minor adjustment.
Plan for this week
Sunday - Roast Beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and veggies.
Monday - HM Pasties and potaotes of some kind
Tuesday - Chicken Curry, Rice and Chappatis
Wednesday - Cottage Pie
Thursday - Chilli Chicken and Bacon Pasta
Friday - Fishfinger sandwiches with chips
Breakfasts will be toast, porridge, pancakes
Lunches will be: Leftovers, sandwiches, wraps or HM Minestroni Soup
Snacks will be leftover birthday cake, fruit, crisps0 -

Mine starts today
Sunday- sausage casserole (slowcooker) with dumplings, bread and butter
Monday- scampi wedges peas and sweetcorn
Tuesday- pasta sauce and garlic bread
Wednesday- whatever you fancy/cook for yourself night
Thursday- mince beef and onion pie, mash and veg
Friday- chicken korma, rice and naan
Saturday- bacon egg wedges and beans
Sunday roast
All hm, except the curry sauce and the scampi and sausages lol

I always read this thread but first time I'm attempting it.
Sun- Pulled pork in bbq sauce in breadcakes with curly fries and mini corn on cobs.
Mon- beef burritos, curly fries
Tues- Jacket potatoes with chilli (HM from freezer)
weds- slow cooker stew
Thurs- Possibly soup from blitzed left over stew
Fri- HM sheperds pie (from freezer)
Sat- HM pizza with garlic bread
OH takes packed lunch and I really must make the effort to take my own lunch this week to work. I'm working 4 12-hour shifts this week so menu is mainly easier things for OH to have ready when I get in from work.April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500 -
Monday: hm pizza with peppers, sweet corn and pepperoni
Tuesday: hm cottage pie , and veg
Wednesday: hm salmon fish cakes, lemon butter sauce, and veg
Thursday: cottage pie and veg.
Friday: empty fridge Friday , use up what's there, or pasta, or something from freezer, or takeaway!nov grocery challenge, £.227.69/300, 9/25 nsd: , 7 Cmo, 10 egm.

Board lurker here so thought I'd post this weeks menu.
Sunday - Roast chicken, potatoes, stuffing, carrots, peas, broccoli
Monday - Left over chicken legs shredded into spicy Moroccan cous cous, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions with sour cream.
Tuesday - Me on my own, so veggie burger, new potatoes and salad
Wednesday - Toad in the hole, onion gravy, sweet potato mash, green beans
Thursday - Homemade from scratch pork vindaloo, rice and homemade chapatis
Friday - Pizza and homemade wedges
