What do you expect OP/her employers to do then??
Having said that, many employers simply couldn't be bothered to go down route of anger/stress management especially for a *secretary* and will go straight for dismissal or warnings (ime).
From OP's post here (and also on this forum under another post), she seems to think she is in the right and argues the toss. So in a way, if she can't learn/take criticism from this then that's her loss.
It would be useful to know from OP if she's had an appraisal recently and how/if they dealt with the in-house colleague confrontation. Most firms like to deal with that as it arises and nip in the bud, in my experience.0
