ROFLMAO - I love the bit about 3 having a stolen goods dodge going on the side!
Seriously tho - I wouldnt touch three with a bargepole - had one of their phones a while ago, and aside from the fact that the reception was complete poo, and seemed to only work if I did slightly esoteric things like stand at the end of my garden on one leg on a wednesday wearing a daffodil, their customer service was dreadful - they put a "free" football service on my phone (I hate football) and when I tried to take it off again told me it would take three (chargeable) months. Eventually spoke to my dealer and told them I worked for a large law firm, and he got the contract cancelled for me. Im now back with t-mobile - a bit retro, but they do what they say on the tin!0 -

So a moby you ordered
Yesterday
Didn't arrive today ?
Is it really
Such a catastrophe
To be without
A new moby
For two days ?
How did
Your Grandparents
Ever survive ?
Incase you hadn't noticed Zappster - this is the 'Consumer Vent Board'
Computer Woman is unhappy with the service that 3 have provided and is using this board to air her views. Why do you have a problem with that? :rolleyes2:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

it was ordered on wednesday on next day delivery
then they implied I'd already got it,
which I haven't
so no mobile no new contract
thats the point,
why should I be stuck in a 12 months contract with no new mobile

Pls be nice to all MSer's
There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.
Tomorrow never come's as today is yesterday and tomorrow is today

If he hasnt got the parcel on the van in the first place, what can he do?
I ordered a PS3 from amazon ten minutes ago. It STILL hasnt turned up. Those lazy, incompetent idiots
consignment number says parcel is on van and will be delivered today friday,
then they changed it to say they had called and left a card which was a blatent lie,
how would you like it if loads of people kept saying yes it'll be here today then it doesn't show,
would you think that it would just turn up sometime,
or would you think
have they lost it,
have they delivered it somewhere else,
has someone else got it,
then to be told that they tried to deliver but you were not in,
bullsh@t,

never had a problem with it,
and up-until now I have not had a problem with 3,
apart from the one time when I got a large bill for a lost phone,
but they didn't persue it,
I used to use CPW (talktalk) for pay as you go phones,
which were always £150 plus whatever you put on it, for the duration of the phones life,
I have had contract phones from 3 now for 3 years this being the 3rd up-grade.
first 1 on 12 month contract
second 1 on 18 month contract
this 1 on 12 month contract
so 2 1/2 years this being the start of the next 12 month contract,
and been quite happy,
but I must admit I must have had them sweating over the past few days
as they have never rang us so much,
but my point about this is
it is a next day delivery,
and now I am in my 3rd day of waiting for the phone,
so its not next day,
and they implied that I had signed for the phone on thursday,
to which I had to get @rsey with them,
as I had not,
when you get your new phone its like getting a new toy,
but they have taken all the joy out of it,

just what I said about some members on here before,
vent vent vent
come round my house and I'll show you just how angry I can get,
I dont like being lied to
next day delivery means just that
signed for means signed for
not still in the back of a van,

Why does it cost more to phone Three mobiles on most tariffs than what it does to other mobile networks? I've never liked Three for this reason.0

got an email from parcel line
We were concerned to learn from your contact with us that you are unhappy with our service. I attempted to ring you today but there was no answer. The driver attempted delivery to the address of:
xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx
xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
This would be reattempted on Monday 16th April. I have passed your mobile number to the driver and advised that previously you never received a calling card and he may have gone to the wrong address.
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
they did not ring either:
total waste of time
lets see if they turn up tomorrow,
