We flew to Turkey last year with them They were fine in my book. Much better than a first choice plane anyway!

We flew with them to Tobago in January - arrived early morning only to be told the plane was delayed (cancelled as it turned out) until the following day - you get what you pay for I think - they have a smallish fleet with little or limited backup when it goes wrong. The Hilton at lgw stated they accomodate more xl customers than any other airline for delays and problems. I personally would avoid them if I had a chance in future, or certainly expect delays / cancellation.

I must say, we have used XL quite a few times and have always found them to be good. That was why I looked at them again. Thanks all for the comments tho'.
