Have you got security on your WAN? Preferably a variation of WPA, rather than WEP.
Assuming the second device is not something of yours, it could be a neighbour grabbing a "free" ride. If you don't have any security, enable it. If you do, just change the password and reset the router.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. You can always set up mac address filtering on the router to make sure no one else is logging in too.0

I believe it is wpa2,i have security and have changed the password.0 -
From your other post, it looks like you had the router password set at the default? So anyone could login to your router and read your wpa password and so "piggyback" on your network, stealing your bandwidth.
Assuming that you have now changed the router password? You should now change your wifi key (WPA2), or the "piggybacker" will still be able to use your wifi.0 -
How do i change the wifi key please.0
