2 months later, buyer demands refund!

Recieved a message today from a buyer who purchased an item from me ( a girls dress which she wanted for her daughters birthday) on 22-08-12. Now 2 months later she messages me saying item is not as described and wants a refund otherwise she will open a case. Where do I stand? For all i know (which im sure has happened)…

No Bad Feedback can be left or cases opened after 60 days from purchase

Also Paypal only allow refunds upto 60 days from purchase, although the buyer can pursue it through their card company & you should keep all communications.

Feedback - 60 days.
INR or SNAD - 45 days.
Paypal chargeback - 180 days.
