Warning for new '3' customers

Ive just received my first bill from 3 and notice that i had nearly £4 in charges added on, these were for music downloads.
With the new phone came a £10 voucher for music tunes which I used £4 of, (4 songs at 99p)
I contacted 3 who first of all tried to blame me :rolleyes: He advised me that I had paid for 4 tunes and also used 4 tunes from the voucher. Except I only ever used 4 tunes TOTAL, he then took the code for my voucher and after some checking said that several of the new vouchers were incorrect and werent giving free tunes but charging for them by mistake, mine was one of them.

He has credited my account the full £10 so i can still use whats left so I wont be out of pocket but if i hadnt questioned them It would have gone unnoticed.

I dont know of this is a known problem or if he fed me a line to get rid of me ;) im very happy with the way they dealt with it but thought i would give others a heads up !!
