Absolutely everything, six months worth or more if non perishable. Started buying bulk about four months ago and at the point now where am running out of space!! This weeks shopping is lots of five things, plus milk and salad. I have it delivered and pretty sure the driver thinks I'm loony :) My weekly shopping bill has gone down to almost half as a result, so worth the effort.

yes averaged out, I'll bet you are far from looney:T

but mainly things I look out for which don't go on offer often are jordon's cereal (currently half price at T) and Cherrios big pack (same HP at T):j

Whatever I can, but things like hubbys preferred arm and hammer toothpaste. Storage doesn't take much space but we save £2 a tube buying it on special offer.

Illy coffee pods too. They are an expensive luxury but I only have one cup a day, but grab a few boxes when it's £3 off a box.

Items like shampoo where I'm not too fussy about what I use I buy whatever is on special offer when I need it as there's always an offer on somewhere.

I shop mostly online and go through the special offer pages to see if there are any decent deals on for things I'd order anyway.

Anything that we use and can store, but especially spreadable butter, meat, prawns, microwaveable flavoured rice, and tinned toms. I get the Costco, Lidl and Farmfoods emails so I can keep an eye on what's coming up.

    The main ones are...

    Toothpaste
    Antiperspirant
    Cheese
    Chicken

    Started downshifting things too...

For example, I was buying Finish dishwasher tabs when on offer but tried Daisy ones and found they work just fine.

Was also buying washing powder when on offer but tried soap nuts to see if it'd help my sons eczema...no luck on the eczema side of things but I'm impressed with the soap nuts and think they might be cheaper than washing powder.

Cleaning stuff, I just use Sainsburys basics sponges and basics cream cleaner for the bathroom. Though found a Mr Muscle kitchen spray I like so will probably keep an eye out for offers on that. Also not liking own brand bleach...does nothing for the limescale in the loo so will be after offers on the more expensive anti-limescale liquids next time.
