            Hi grumbler,
There have been a few similar cases that I can recall replying to but I can't recall any of those customers either emailing us or returning to their threads with an update, which is a shame.
In the case of the OP it's important that we recognise their proactive approach to managing things with the knowledge of an immanent change to their circumstances and as such work with them to manage this situation as best as possible.
