is Virgin the only option for broadband without having a phoneline too?

I'm looking for a good deal on broadband but most seen to need a phoneline to get the best price, I have freesat so can connect that in the new place but if I can get TV + broadband for a couple of £££ more I might as well go for that, any great deals out there at the min?

ADSL broadband is delivered down your telephone line, you have to rent the line whether you make calls on it or not.
Alternatives wouuld be mobile broadband 3g or coming soon 4g, satellite ( expensive), or cable.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
