I phone 4,which network?

I am intrested in purchasing the i phone4 on payg it comes sim free,can anyone advise me which network provides the best deal for the micro sim (we mainly only texts)the phone would be for a 16year old student so nothing to pricey would be prefered?Thanks:beer:

A PAYG phone comes with a sim, not sim-free. And most likely it is locked to the network.

Any sim can be cut to a micro size, so it is worth looking for the best sim-only tarriff in general, not for a micro sim, especially if you want to save money.
The decision has to be based on your airtime requirements and on the coverage in your area.
