Morning all, a gloomy damp morning.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all, anyone got any hangover cures ? :o

Can't believe I did a casserole in the slow cooker at 1am

I always used to eat chocolate for a hangover - gives you a sugar rush - sure you must have some chocolate somewhere:)

I bet it seemed like a good idea at the time.:rotfl:

I remember waking up one morning to find the house stinking of smoke and discovered I had done some drunken cremation of burgers and sausages, they were shrivelled up bits of charcoal when I found them.

A bowl of casserole, some bread n butter and a nice cup of tea should cure the hangover that and paracetamols!
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

    Morning everyone,

I think a trip to mrA is on the cards today, I'm hoping I can find some fabby fingers and am planning to buy a couple of litre bottles of spirits (and fillers obviously) to take me over £40, use £5 off £40 spend, expect APG to be approx £12 so 3xbuscuits + 2xlitre spirit + fillers = approx £23.

    Seems pretty good.

MrT and mrA have a selection of litre bottle spirits for £15 (£13.50 after APG :D)

A morgans and a smirnoff in the Christmas cupboard me thinks.

I might be having a blonde/senior moment here, but how do the spirits work out at £13.50 if they are the same price in both A and T please? Could do with a bottle of baileys to add to the Tia Maria and Malibu I got in a V mr S shop yesterday :D

hi Tinkerleigh....yes you can use both....in theory, your total to pay should be £45...that way the £5 wys £40 would bring the total to £40, then you could still use the £6 moc....but you may get lucky and get an SA who puts the Asda moc through as a non scan so you'd only need to spend £40 iyswim? My A's £5 wys moc scanned at T though, but I'd spent enough to cover it :D

    Morning all :D

Other day I spent £88 in tosco. Has 2 x £5 sasda vouchers + £12 off £80 and £9 off £80 spend. All scanned through ok

Really......I used a couple when they first started accepting them but didn't think you could still use them. Think a trip to Morrisons may be in order later :j

Can you imagine buying them on a Sada v t shop, they come back NA so you decide to takee them back to CS - how do you explain your reasons for returning them ;)

You could say the problem solved itself while I waited for that trout to read my coupons. :rotfl:

Good morning all. I have a porch filled to the brim with fingers ( has anyone tried them yet, they are so yummy) but just thinking maybe another 3 boxes wouldn't go a miss. What's wrong with me? Anyway, I have been using my clubcard coupons in morrisons after tripling them up for prezzo vouchers online, can anyone tell me whether I can use a £5 off £40 asda voucher along with 2 £10 clubcard vouchers in morrisons in one transaction? Thanks guys, love to you all x

I thought this was not allowed?

Full fat coke works wonders (or did for me in my hangover days) along with stodgy food like fried brekkie :)
