good morning
hope eveyones pets have recovered from last night
dd2 hated the fireworks, shes 2 yrs old, she was petrified of the noise.
first time in a week that me and oh slept in the same bed! dd1 and dd2 slept in their own beds, soundly all night:), woke up to a very wet and windy day down here, so looks like a sofa day for us (what a shame).
havent had a chance to catch up, however did notice something about the dw tabs, thanks to the op for this, whilst looking for lemonade yesterday, everywhere was sold out, we managed to get a few, ahem, tabs, had to go to 4  mrt express stores to get the lemonade, so it was rude not to get the tabs
THANKYOU for this easy glitch xxxx
hope everyone has a great day xxx0 -
Morning everyone,
I think a trip to mrA is on the cards today, I'm hoping I can find some fabby fingers and am planning to buy a couple of litre bottles of spirits (and fillers obviously) to take me over £40, use £5 off £40 spend, expect APG to be approx £12 so 3xbuscuits + 2xlitre spirit + fillers = approx £23.
Seems pretty good.
MrT and mrA have a selection of litre bottle spirits for £15 (£13.50 after APG)
A morgans and a smirnoff in the Christmas cupboard me thinks.I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0 -

Good morning all.
Off shopping with my little girl today and she has already dictated that we are having Mcdonalds before we start! I see it being a long day, lol!
Hope you all have a good day.0 -
Morning everyonehi Tinkerleigh....yes you can use both....in theory, your total to pay should be £45...that way the £5 wys £40 would bring the total to £40, then you could still use the £6 moc....but you may get lucky and get an SA who puts the Asda moc through as a non scan so you'd only need to spend £40 iyswim? My A's £5 wys moc scanned at T though, but I'd spent enough to cover it
Thanks for this Looby - good news, as if it scans through as £5 off it will likely do so irrespective of spend, which is what would be expectedThink this is why most SAs are trained to put it through as non scan maybe as a prompt to check spend threshold?
Got a £2 giftcard in A yesterday - one of my filler items, the value toothbrushes, sel 17p, scanned through at 18p. Unexpected bonus
Very wet and grey hereBut good weather for catching up on some long overdue chores - too much time shopping
It has been marvellous that so much has been glitching during half-term week when I have been off work - will be getting withdrawal symptoms next week if it continues - but sure hope it does

tinkerleigh wrote: »Morning everyone - am trying to get back into "normal life" as a single mum of a 2 year old after my divorce - an to be honest I have found it really hard going!! I know I wasn't ever a regular on here but I have been posting as and when I can, and trying to keep up!
I have a question for anyone who can help - I know tesco are accepting asda £5 off £40 spends, however I also have a tesco £6 off £40 spend they sent me - am I able to use these together off the same transaction, so getting £11 off a £40 spend?
Seems silly to not do so if I can, I was thinking of going to asda for the biscuits but I have to be realistic, until I can get some sort of child support from my x husband , general day to day (boring :-)) shopping is more important than cheap biscuits!!
Hope you all have a good day, out of the rain - and thank you to anyone who can answer about the vouchers!
Go to a young male sa if you can they are usually the best at accepting vouchers without fuss. They will both scan ok it just depends on the SA.0
