:p:p:p:pJust about to phone sky and tell them to cancel my subscription;)because my cheaper deal has just finished.Wondering if I'm brave enough to hold out till just before they disconnect it to get a better deal.Last time I gave in when they halved it:o
Good luck! I'm useless on the phone as I just clam up - but I can type a sternly worded email no problem :rotfl:0 -

We've ditched most of sky in favour of netflix. The whole lot would be cancelled if it was'nt for the kids wanting certain cartoon channels.
would you have to wait a year after disconnection to get a new customer offer?
Afternoon everyone. im feeling super happy as no work for me next week. I might need the week off to catch up fully as im such a slow reader :rotfl:0 -

"Guess what?Tesco in Northern Ireland take Asda price guarantee vouchers and have done since august 2011- that is a fact. My sister has just called up Tesco customer services with a query about this (because she was refused her £5 off £40 voucher from Asda). Wait for it - she was only told by two cust service advisors on the phone at tesco head office that Tesco Northern Ireland do not take these.
Here is the laugh - they consulted the Business Support Team who confirmed this INACCURATE INFORMATION. Does the right hand not know what the left is doing at tesco head office? Would love to hear your views on this. I myself have used many of these from asda including two last night!!!!"
Oh Patty I love using my asda APGs in Tecso, I love it when they say "um I think you're in the wrong shop" to which I say "see that big poster on the way in, it says you accept these!"
Why do these places not train their staff?NO MORE HANDWASH GLITCHES PLEASE:D

I thought this was over, my Tesco (in NI) have taken the outside signs down to say they are taking APG's, and there were signs at every till, and they have been removed, so I assumed it was over0 -

Thank you for your help though
have a look and see if you have a local council office you can call into. They were fab in helping my mum when it came to light she should'nt have been paying CT for ages!
or check in your local library for a drop in advice service. Failing that try CAB.
I only say this as I know how quick we had a court letter when my OH missed a payment one month when I was in hospital. I would always recommend trying to negotiate before a payment is missed rather than after iyswim?0 -

Has anybody used the new Tesco PP vouchers. It still tells you to show receipt but there are no details to check on the new voucher, so what is the point, what does the cashier look at?£2015 in 2015 (Although actual goal is £10 a day)0
