mine too, did the same thing on thursday, had nine items and only registered seven.
Found out the rogue item was ww chipoli as not sold in T but £20 light so might have to make excuses and return some things (nothing fresh mind).

My OH is thinking of returning the choc's and fingers but the rest was all stuff we needed so will keep everything else if he decides to take them back.

    2 x Choc fingers and
1 x Lily O Briens Desserts collection worked - beautiful
box for a gift or for afters on Christmas day:)
Looks much better value than the tin of vinnies biscuits or the toblerone triangle:)

Hi trulymadly. Does that mean the lily o briens came up as n/a and therefore compared fingers at £14? Just clarifying to add to my list... :D

    Afternoon all

Haven't read back so this might have been confirmed already?
The double discount on the cleaning stuff IS working at T's Extra.
I bought 2 x Flash all purpose cleaning liquid with Febreze in lavender flavour (1l) Cost is £2 each or 2 for £3. (even though MSM says it's £2.29??)
Discount was £1 off for the 25% and then £1 off for the multibuy. I used 2 x 50p flash coupons from SSM.....so
    FREE FLASH:T:T

2 choices here - if its a £10 biscuit shop you could take everything back, ask for the ammount on a gift card and start again.
Or you could write to HQ CS and send your receipt, tell them you bought more than 8 items, your receipt shows x number and ask them why? I did this about a month ago and they sent me a gift card. I wasn't expecting any APG voucher from this receipt so this was an excellent result

Yes mine was a biscuit shop plus impluse and s & g.
An expensive mistake as they were to give away as pressies but might return these items and keep the food.

Shame for you. I've had the options hot choc sachets before and they've always worked

I normally buy the options but liked the sound of the caramel and fudge cadbury - kicking myself now though!

I've sent an email to them saying I'm disappointed and telling them vaguely what I've bought so they can see it's more than 8 items but without alerting them to any products that aren't on mys. Will wait and see what they say.
