I am amazed that in all these years you have only found 35 posts helpful
A taker not a giver...there's a lot of it about!
Wine still working altho no Ogio about...so got the hardys Merlot and Cabernet, cheeky beggars have reduced the price to £5.99 from £6.69 making the price per bottle to £2.50..normally you'd be happy with this but after paying less than a pound for the Albani, i feel ripped off!!:rotfl::rotfl:"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

Just put my receipt in for APG and it says I don't have enough items
I have found the culprits though, I bought 4 cadbury hot chocolate sachets, hazelnut, caramel and fudge and they don't show on mys so be careful if you are putting hot chocolate sachets in your shop. I'm hoping they'll appear on mys in the next few days as they are on T's as a new product so then the apg will see I have more than 8 items - 11 in fact. Here's hoping anyway.
Hope no-one else has been caught out by them.
I hope you are right but my understanding is what is showing on the day of purchase......trouty am I misinforming?0 -
good afternoon guys, just off for a cath up

I suspect you are right - it's a bit of wishful thinking on my behalf I thinkSilence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!0 -

Found out the rogue item was ww chipoli as not sold in T but £20 light so might have to make excuses and return some things (nothing fresh mind).0 -

2 choices here - if its a £10 biscuit shop you could take everything back, ask for the ammount on a gift card and start again.
Or you could write to HQ CS and send your receipt, tell them you bought more than 8 items, your receipt shows x number and ask them why? I did this about a month ago and they sent me a gift card. I wasn't expecting any APG voucher from this receipt so this was an excellent result“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
