I said I would look at the Wine Aisle but not be tempted
But we found Store Manager & Asst Manager in the aisle in their going home clothes & had their trollies brimming with Hardy's.They were really nice & pushing the deal :T
Even to go out the back & great a fresh box for us
Practically forcing us to buy it

I know what you are saying about rules and transparency, and at times it can be so very frustrating, especially if you have a whole shop planned that depends on certain mocs being accepted. But I think on the whole the lack of staff training and understanding of the "rules" works hugely in our favour, so if I am refused one or a concoction of mocs, I will walk away quietly to fight another day or, as you say, walk with my feet and take my custom elsewhere.

I also got a few boxes from Very.co.uk 50 sheets of wrapping paper 50 sheets of tissue a huge packet of bows, name tags and ribbon delivered to a load shop along with a free bottle of washing detergent for £10 -
