Yes i know what you are saying our "beef" with A was they were not taking Valassis coupons when the day before they did. Phone call to HO & they confirmed this but people are still getting these coupons through, nothing against them! My point i think im trying to make is why have a rule when it is not a rule? As i said earlier we are not making a big song & dance about it as we try not to be noticed when we shop so if we cant get these coupons used at A we will go where we can get them used :)

    hope this makes sense

Basic principle is that they don't HAVE to accept any mocs.

I know what you are saying about rules and transparency, and at times it can be so very frustrating, especially if you have a whole shop planned that depends on certain mocs being accepted :D. But I think on the whole the lack of staff training and understanding of the "rules" works hugely in our favour, so if I am refused one or a concoction of mocs, I will walk away quietly to fight another day or, as you say, walk with my feet and take my custom elsewhere.

Just thought I would share with you.

Dodo has gone to Butlins for the weekend and forgot to take any wine with her.

She text to say it was £9.90 a bottle and she could get six for that. So I told her to savour every sip......next text said she didn't buy any - on principle - got coke instead. Looks like she forgot to take that too. :rotfl:

Where, see NE Scotland Aberdeen? Did you just chance it or was it on the banner as well? ;)
There is a banner but I have only driven past, so did not read it.
    £5 + £15 APG

Just took a chance, it was a young lad, but he checked everything with an older lady, and they took a Price porkie, 2 Reloaded, 2 greens and 2 Spec K as well : ) Happy days

BTW thanks MT for the link to the Foxes, just printed. Are they ok to use as they say Personalised Coupon where it normally puts you name on safe coupons?

  • Good evening everybody, I hope you are all enjoy this evening.

Just popped to My Mr S. I found Fabulous baker boys 12 slimey limey cupcakes for 45p should have been £1.50. They had loads left so might be worth looking out for.

They still had some Halloween sweets left but they only had %50 off.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
