Anyone know if this wine glitch is likely to be fixed as none around us at mo so will have to look further afield on weekend
    TIA

T has been known to change the price of an item 3 times in a week when they realised there was a glitch or a MOC or offer of some sort working.

The Sainsburys wine festival about 6 months back had wine on offer 3 for £12 for the 1st two days but then all of these bottles dropped to £4 each :(

This might have been what happened in mind, thye went to remove labels but removing the labels does not actually affect what the tills computers do.

In my store no label to remove though :T

    So this is what happened.

I went in just handbag and wine bag, got 6 bottles, yesterday I'd checked where they were and noticed the lack of labels. Took them through SS, really horrible staff on SSS - paid.
Then I did a naughty, went back, got 6 more. There was one till I wanted to use but it was still busy so I went back to SS.
SSS said would I mind waiting a minite as they were just checking as the offer was not working properly ;) - she'd clocked that the 1st set had gone through at the offer price.
So I waited - resisted the temptation to just dump and go. I remembered what you have all taught me.
STAND YOUR GROUND YOU ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG.
I was just an ordinary shopper, come in to buy wine, noticed the price it went through at and I was buying some more, nothing wrong in any of that. There was no special SELs so how was I to know there was another set of discounts working?
Seconds later it was allowed and I scanned my second set, paid and left as fast as I could :rotfl:
This store used to have a hand written notice about bulk buying more than 6 bottles so that was one of my main worries.

That was my only fear when I got mine because I did 12 in one go;)and I was on SS. And the SA insisted on being helpful by scanning one and putting it through 6 times. I was thinking please just go away I'm quite happy to do it myself.;)When she scanned the 2nd lot of 6 she messed it right up and someone else needed her help, so I just said its fine don't worry I'll scan them!I so didnt want her to see the total:o
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

i've just rang Ts CS to see if any of my local extras are doing this new promo of accepting competitors mocs.....the chap I spoke to had to check through his emails as they'd had some details sent through...he then proceeded to confirm...

all extras are participating and SHOULD have banners up to show this...but even if no banners, they do accept them.

you cannot use a Ts £5 wys £40 moc and an As one in the same transaction...i asked why as the A one had no value to T and was purely being used to entice customers to spend in Ts...he said he didnt know, but you cant use both....clearly thats SA dependant if people have managed so far :D
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

According to .com the 3 for £12 offer runs till 20/11

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/SpecialOffers/SpecialOfferDetail/Default.aspx?promoId=A29979005

If the 25% discount goes ahead and is off base price as previously, the Ogio red and Ogio White at £9.99 each would be discounted by £15 and £36, total discount £51 off a £60 spend (give or take 6p :)), so £9 for the 6 bottles. One to hit early i think as shelves will be cleared sooner rather than later.

I doubt that it will be "fixed" because it's not actually a glitch, Tesco often have the 25% off wine event and advertise along side it that that wine on offer is included...the only prob will be is finding stock!!:D

Please can I ask if you get Vinnies and 2 MTs what is the real hard currency cost?

Do all three work together in the 3 for £10 offer?

(more scrowling back ;) now to find a picture and barcode for the MT so I know its the right one)
