This might have been what happened in mind, thye went to remove labels but removing the labels does not actually affect what the tills computers do.

In my store no label to remove though :T

So this is what happened.

I went in just handbag and wine bag, got 6 bottles, yesterday I'd checked where they were and noticed the lack of labels. Took them through SS, really horrible staff on SSS - paid.
Then I did a naughty, went back, got 6 more. There was one till I wanted to use but it was still busy so I went back to SS.
SSS said would I mind waiting a minite as they were just checking as the offer was not working properly - she'd clocked that the 1st set had gone through at the offer price.
So I waited - resisted the temptation to just dump and go. I remembered what you have all taught me.
STAND YOUR GROUND YOU ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG.
I was just an ordinary shopper, come in to buy wine, noticed the price it went through at and I was buying some more, nothing wrong in any of that. There was no special SELs so how was I to know there was another set of discounts working?
Seconds later it was allowed and I scanned my second set, paid and left as fast as I could :rotfl:
This store used to have a hand written notice about bulk buying more than 6 bottles so that was one of my main worries.

i have done this shop today

1 foxes biscuit tin they have a panda called vinnie on and they are square

then buy 2 tins of cadburys fab fingers gold finger shaped tin

plus fillers

these biscuits will cost £10
and you will get back i think just from these £8.60 APG i added more so the APG could be slightly different

I'd like to thank the op of this too :T
I bought 3 along with some of the BOGOF disney DVDs, saw the discount and got my mum to get 6 more of each for my brother.

While she done that I went to CS to get my DTD. After a lot of toing and froing by SA they eventually agreed to give me DTD, that is until she needed management authorisation and along came miss trouty herself. She looked and looked then exclaimed that the stickers were OOD so I wouldn't be getting DTD, I argued my case as I'd already been told I'd get all the money back but she rang the guy up and told him the sticker was OOD. She came off the phone and said that he changed his mind because of this, I asked her was this now company policy and would head office agree with her and she said yes.
I then asked to phone HO to see what they said , she said I could but not on CS phone as it had to stay free for customers calls! I could however use the direct desk phone but either way HO wouldn't change her decision. She gave me back only JTD.

I rang HO and the lady on there couldn't have been any nicer, she had to check a few things but came back to say that if I was happy enough she'd send out a gift card with the rest of the money on it as she didn't want me to have to face such a nasty person and maybe have her embarrass me again. She was also going to contact the store to remind them of their DTD policy and that it wasn't up to them to decide how to interpret the rules :T
Either way I walked out of the store a happier bunny while she was on the phone with a face like thunder :rotfl:

If any store were ever to mention there was a limit of 6 bottles I'd ask them why they have wine carriers and actively encourage you to buy at least 6 bottles with these 25% off offers.
