Just been stopped in Ts because the pp didn't have any receipt details on it.

CS would not even ring HO so had to come back home and ring them myself. After a chat on the phone they said they would ring the store and tell them to accept them as it is an error their end.

Went back to store and Major Trout said "well your shopping has been put back you'll have to get it again" I told her I was going home to ring HO and I would be back, nearly cried she was that bad.

CS on the phone is sending £10 voucher and Manager in store gave us £10 for all the humiliation and waste of time.


This is the first time I have used a PP as only joined this thread last week

What makes me laugh is shop lifters are taken to one side discretely but people who use coupons are shouted down and treat appallingly

So anyone with any problems regarding no receipt details on the pp ask to speak to the manager as our local manager has been informed "the problem is global" :rotfl::rotfl: (they really think they own the world don't they?)

I had this problem on Monday.. They refused them as no receipt details on voucher.. Rang HO to be told they'll send me a £10 gift card to cover my TPPs and get someone to call me once they've worked out the problem within 2 hours, a woman called me back and said its T's fault and they're trying to repair it and she's sending me £10 to cover TPPs lol well, she didn't ask if I was being sent one already doh!..

3Dogs, thanks , Mum still Ill but has sent me home, Don't have internet connection in her house, so am just catching up again.

Got the Grim Reaper instead of a tout at Sada last night. No need for trick or treaters at my house today. But have plenty of sweets ready!
Was OK till the too helpful assistant with the horrible pointy hand thing sent me to a a till just opening.
Old woman serving who obviously hated all customers, got annoyed just because she had to take a security tab off.
She read and re-read my WW, then strangly put all 6 through, bur refused my apg because she didn't think I deserved it when looking at total spend.
Called supervisor who agreed with her, wouldn't have it that my apg for £7 was fine because I had used coupons to generate it.
Went away and phoned Asda House, while I was left with the Grim Reaper - came back and said they had been told they have to accept it, but it had to be wrong!
Not nice - but got an apg back again on my WW.

Would like to try the Vinnies and Fingers, if I dare and can find them. good for Mum to give as christmas presents.May be it will try my favourite lad in another Sada. I have complimented his service recently, which put him in a comp to win employee of the month. Lady on CS told me that when I asked her if I could say something nice about him. Apparently get a day out and lunch in Sada House:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

you are not me never will be me so please leave me be, i dont wish to justify my shopping and what i give to homeless to you , all you need to know is that i give plenty and also spend time with them when i can , also this winter i shall be trawling the streets looking for homeless to feed while trying to keep my family together and warm and fed and my O/H alive and FIL TOO , SO IF THIS IS ENOUGH FOR YOU WELL I DNT CARE

Have you noticed lately that most of the wine boxes seem to be reducing in size recently:eek:They all used to be 3l but I was looking at them a few weeks back and a lot are now only 2.25l and don't cost much less! So double check if you're buying boxes.
