Evening peeps,
just a reminder about something close to my heart....flying.
The law has finally been rubber stamped by brussels so if your flight is three hours late and the airlines fault (not weather) you are automatically entitled to 250 euros each for european flights .
Easyjet and BA appealled but were unsuccessful.
The best thing is you can now claim back as far as 2005 so get claiming.
There is a bit on martins page all about it.
Out of my last six flights four were delayed but only one cost me money so that is the one I have claimed for.
I put my claim in during august but the airline waited to see the result of the appeal but now has to pay up.
This should be very good for us as if they will try harder to prevent delays in future, yay.september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
october wins - grants tumblers, £20 petrol voucher, sega console, iphone
novembers wins - £50 on walkers rainy day, £50 itunes voucher
march wins - dog treats0 -
Oh, and 11 pages to catch up since I went out earlier isn't too bad..... time for a quick catch up of the gossip. :T0
