I googled that, but none the wiser.
It was a method for making materials markproof scuffproof and dirt-repellent from before the ark. I think they just make stuff now that's already got these properties so the treatment doesn't exist and proably never even made it into the internet era. If the company that made it is no longer in business it might well be non-googlable. Actually if we run the Wayback Machine for a few years and revisit ther internet when it was young we might be more lucky, but well, life's a short trip so somebody else can do that if they want.:D
Hmmmm. As mentioned on another thread, I really am showing my age!

Can you post the recipe, please? TIA

Its the simplest soup ever and really healthy and can be used as the base for loads of soups. I just use loads of carrots, swede, onions and celery. Chuck it all in a saucepan for a while to soften, then strain it but keep the water.Whizz up all the cooked veg with a blender then add the veg water back in.Roast a whole chicken and pick off all the meat and chuck that in too. Then add chicken stock cubes or whatever seasoning you want, I usually chuck an oxo cube in too and thats it:T:TI use a huge pot, 2 bags of ready done carrot & swede (Its always whoopsied) a whole celery and two onions. I normally boil the chicken carcass to get stock as well, then freeze it for next time I make soup. Didnt do it this time because of being on a diet and not too sure if it would add "calories" If you do that it really tastes good too.

    Happy birthday 3010 :bdaycake:

Hello, been lurking for a while, did a nice bit of wombling last week at sada, £4.24 APG plus £5 off £40 bit of a result. Decided to dive in today after managing to 'win' free Special K voucher yesterday. Blow me sada refusing to take any printed vouchers as, and I quote ' we are not getting our cash back from the manufacturer'. Anyway I asked supervisor to confirm this was their policy which she did, even had a folder of coupons they aren't accepting, gave back the box of Spec K and scuttled out, bought chocs and biscs and hopefully a good shop for another APG etc. will post later after work.
My main question is, who do I take this up with sada or manufacturers ie. kelloggs in this case?
Disappointed as was just getting into printing all these coupons off, now I can't use them.......:mad:

Hi guys, thanks for all of your well wishes :A
Well i've been to the Dr. Xray report says there is a 10cm mass on left side of chest.
Have been thinking it over and wondered whether they have taken into consideration that I'm breastfeeding baby Harry still. Asked whether maybe this 'mass' was actually Harry's afternoon snack :rotfl: Dr says he couldn't be certain that it wasn't, but he would have expected them to see something on the right side too if that were the case. Have been referred for urgent CT scan. Thorough examination whilst I was there and nothing untoward as far as he said. Back to the waiting game. Drs parting words were 'try not to worry'
If this turns out to be breastmilk I'll be :rotfl::mad: and :j all at the same time

logie. Such a worrying time for you:)
Hope you get the CT scan soon to set your mind at rest.:)
    Hugs to you :)
