I'm no Tesco hater, but Tesco Direct are the worst online company I have ever dealt with.

14 out of 15 of my orders have been cancelled.

You will also struggle to get refunds. Be VERY careful looking at your statement and be prepared to have to call them looking for your money back

Couldn't agree more, I've had to chase several orders that got cancelled recently, they got cancelled and checked bank statement two weeks later and still no refund  phoned up and they claim it had been refunded, explained no it hadn't to which the reply was very curt and after going round all the houses I eventually got my refund

Granite Crusher £14.50 on line in stock, is it a different one? Checked Ebay and they are selling on there for between £20-£25 not £45.

Any chance you can post a link as I can only see the standard Crusher available on the website. Thanks :-)

It is included online, as well as the moshi calendar!

You can only buy maximum of 2 of each though

did you get the confirmation email when you first ordered...concerned now if some of my order gets cancelled..not very good service if they confirm order then cancel..

This happened to me - order total after code £65. I paid - all fine, then had an email 2 hours later saying that one item was out of stock and that they had refunded me £4, the item cost however was £15. So I called customer services and they refunded me a further £13 - result!

Very pleased with my bits, went in store at lunchtime. Did want the playdoh diggin rigs which were on the shelf Tuesday and now all mysteriously cleared and space filled with other products. But got 3 things that were around a tenner and 3 for around a fiver. Three of the items were reduced by a few quid before and was pleased to see they were still at the reduced price in the 3 for 2. Shelves were full, staff were helpful. Happy with my lot, thanks op for sharing
  • Does anyone have any idea when this finishes please?
A small Thank You can make a BIG difference ;)
