Ordered 6 lego star wars sets for £72ish this morning, just had a cancel email for 2 sets, so paying full price for the one (£20) and my £10 voucher been cancelled, so have ended up paying £61.21 for 4 sets (order no longer in multiplys of 3) so going to have to cancel another set in order to get better deal (they have only refunded £11 for the 2 cancelled ones)... so please beware orders may be cancelled
( whay was a happy bunny this morning is now slightly less happy....

My 11 year old has the original skylanders and he is obsessed with them, my 8 and 6 year old will play on it for ages too (when he lets them!) It's a bit addictive with all the different skylanders to buy though.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
As a general rule is the Tesco offer better than the Sainsburys?0

What happens if you need to return an item? Do you need to return whole lot or is the discount taken as a percentage on each item?0

The way I have looked at it, and I may be wrong, is that the 3 for 2 equates to around a third off - when buying 3 equal or very similarly priced toys. If you don't do that, it goes pear shaped and you end up with less of a discount.
With sainsburys min discount is 25% and then third, then half so you have the chance to get greater bargains via sainbugs if those items are on promotion.
All depends what you are after also - online tesco do seem to have a greater range of some of the more 'populare' or older kids toys and lego etc
bit of a waffle, but worth a bung into both baskets if you need to check - and also tesco has a £10 off voucher for over £75 too

if you have a look at what happened to silysausage above with the cancelled order, should see what happensbut yes 3 for 2 no longer applies - discount is not spread over the 3 products
