I've been looking at Berlingo, are they expensive to buy/run?
I love my berlingo, I've got the 1.6 95bhp one on an 06 plate, tank holds about £70 (no idea on litres) and lasts about 500 miles approx.
Lots of lovely cubby holes and plastic boot so no worry about mud/hair and yes I have lots of 'nose art' on the back windows!0 -
I have a Honda Civic which was perfect for one GSD, and had a Barjo cage specially made for it. Worth all the aggro of being able to lift the tailgate without dogs flying out, plus it means they are safe and get extra air when parked up in summer.
However... it doesn't hold a GSD and a Spinone! So Oakley has to go on the back seat, and Sid in the cage. *wanders off 'I need and estate'*
PS no nose prints with a cage either!0 -
Unsecured dogs on the back seat of a car WILL kill you in the event of an impact as they are catapulted forward. No different to a passenger not wearing a seatbelt.
