Jim - I am against spammers and have reported a few in my time. Looking at Dave's current posts, I can't see why, apart from him being a newbie, he is being labelled a spammer.

He has only 4 posts on his current history - has he had others promoting this tyre company deleted then?

And, probably more important, are they any good? I have used Blackcircle and Event Tyres in the past, but am always willing to increase my list of quotations to get a good deal.

Grandmother, eggs here sorry... I've been using the web for a very long time and yes, I know all about spam. I was there in it's infancy sadly. I now just ignore it. I have got fed up of reporting it over the years and still it comes through. So I just delete and carry on.

No offense taken though, I was trying to lighten the situation with my comment about fishing bait. It is very good for that by the way especially the garlic variety

Yes he has had post's deleted after another member posted his companies house entry. He is a total spammer. Search him on Linkedin.
