    Long time no see!!

If you make your order over 40 pounds and then apply the 5 pounds off code the order will still go free, even if it falls below the 40 pounds. Code on hotukdeals.

Can we move all the ebay chatter over to the ebay board please, not all of us are here to make money from Boots, some of us buy for ourselves and families and hearing of people buying six or more products when Boots is trying to be fair to customers by limiting purchases to one per customer just makes me feel people are abusing this thread.

    Hi,

I need some help, please. I am struggling with the following problem: I have 2 sanctuary spf 15 lotions which cost 11.95. I actually purchased them on 2 different transations at the time of the pamper bag offer and only paid 5.95 for each (using pamper bag voucher and magazine voucher). They are unopened. I still have the till receipts. However I have another opened one of these that I have been using and it makes my skin look really oily, so I would really like to return them...

    - should I present the till receipts for 5.95 and ask for a refund? The problem here is the pamper bag offer... I wouldn't mind buying sanctuary stuff with the money to replace the 2 items I return...
    - should I not take the the receipts and ask for a exchange for 2 similarly priced sanctuary products (i love the mask!! and I could use a night moisturiser...)
    - should I not take the receipts and simply ask for a gift card ? I'm not very confortable with this option because there was the Times offer (I paid for mine, even if with vouchers...) and I don't want to feel ashamed at the till...

I'm really not seeing an easy way out... should I exchange one at a time at different shops?

Thanks for the help you can provide...

i was in a simular position with some botanics stuff that i had (horrid rash)
when i tried to return the manager took all the things away and said she'd be back in a mo - i waited and waited eventually she came back and said i could exchange for equel value, but she said "if you ring the boots helpline they take all your details give their name or a pin number that you use in the shop when you return and the whole amount goes on a gift card:T " she even said to return the product i was using so they could test it and i would be refunded for that too.
i imagine you may have to lay it on a bit thick with CS.
    hope this helps

I went into the Ester Lauder counter and bought 2 make products in order to get the 650 points extra paying with my points - didn't work - you can only get the points offer when paying with money.

I wish I hadn't bought the second product - I only needed one really - does anyone know if I can return make up bought with points?

You can return items and get the points back onto your card. The problem might be the type of items you bought, eg cosmetics

Thanks for the reply, saving-mad. Did you have the receipts with you when you went to the store?
  • I returned some bootantics cream too. It was the eye cream that I got free with the £1 body bar! Anyway after using it for a few weeks it made under my eye go really sore and red. They said we can see it has caused you a reaction but as no recipt will swap it for a similar product. So got no7 eye cream and just paid the difference - they were unusually nice about it actually!

    New Glitch ?
Arent I the ever hopefully one ! Well if you got the " as one of our best customers books " you might have a glitch with the new fragrence voucher.
There is a £5 off fragrences in the best booklet, which you should 9 and i havent treied it yet ) be able to combine with the £5 new fragrency voucher . The ranges the same are- calvin klein, ysl, davidoff, lacoste , ralph lauren .
It does say cant be combined with other vouchers- but how many times have we heard that  .So worth a try however I dont know what to buy and cant test it out until next week .
dotchas & others selling on ebay
please make sure you send your items recorded as a lot of buyers fleece you sying they never get their product and you have no proof of delivery. So they get a refund and the product and re sell it on. Especailly with such a high value item as the protect serum. I know recorded is not 100% but i previousily had lots of people caliming non delivery and since I have sent recorded not one has said they never recieved their item .It also prevents them doing a paypal charge back .
