If you correctly and clearly listed it as Refine and Rewind then you dont actually have to accept the return and then refund her....it was her mistake. But keeping with good customer service I guess its nice to offer a refund as long as she returns it, unopened, first. But why should she leave you negative feedback???? You havent done anything wrong?

I need some help, please. I am struggling with the following problem: I have 2 sanctuary spf 15 lotions which cost 11.95. I actually purchased them on 2 different transations at the time of the pamper bag offer and only paid 5.95 for each (using pamper bag voucher and magazine voucher). They are unopened. I still have the till receipts. However I have another opened one of these that I have been using and it makes my skin look really oily, so I would really like to return them...

- should I present the till receipts for 5.95 and ask for a refund? The problem here is the pamper bag offer... I wouldn't mind buying sanctuary stuff with the money to replace the 2 items I return...
- should I not take the the receipts and ask for a exchange for 2 similarly priced sanctuary products (i love the mask!! and I could use a night moisturiser...)
- should I not take the receipts and simply ask for a gift card ? I'm not very confortable with this option because there was the Times offer (I paid for mine, even if with vouchers...) and I don't want to feel ashamed at the till...

I'm really not seeing an easy way out... should I exchange one at a time at different shops?

Today in Egham I purchased the violet n7 bag (it has vouchers inside valid until January 2007, so I'm guessing it was the offer for November? for £3. It comes with a sample of the R+R serum (I thought it would be nice to give my mum) and lots of other goodies. There were several ones in stock.
They had a nice botanics aromotherapy kit (Botanics Aromatherapy Introduction Kit) costing 15 down to 3.70.
And a roc retinox gift pack (cream spf 15 + night cream) for 8 down from >30, I think (I thought twice about buying it given that only P+P works for wrinkles, but it was such a great price... :rolleyes: )
