Yesterday I finally watched a clip from the famous Horizon programme. Strangely in that clip the N7 Protect and Perfect serum was not shown (?), but the "Nivea something" was. I remember a long time ago there was a photo of that product in this thread (perhaps thread 7), have tried searching for it, but couldn't find it. On the boots website searching nivea age was also useless. Can anyone help me, please?
PS: By the way, on the clip it says that an antioxidant, etc priced at 15£ (the niveal) makes it to dr regan's cabinet as good protection against wrinkles - The N7 P&P helps removes already existing ones, is that it?0 -
I ordered 3 x P+P serums on 16th when they were in stock,but the order is still showing as being processed.
However my order for 3 R+R on 17th has been dispatched since yesterday!
Should I phone them,

Here is a link to them here on ebay.Its called nivea age reversal and is now discountinuued so most boots stores dont have it any longer.It is now very hard to get but is meant to be great as my friend was recommended to use it by her dermatoloigist before the horizon programme. She went off to check and said that the P+P is not actually in stock but instead of cancelling our orders they are waiting until stock comes in and then we will get ours .Should be with us next week apparently!
Also got my 500pts added manually for a previous order where my extra points code wouldn't work.:T
By the way there is a message on the contact us bit of .com saying they are unable to accept emails at the moment.Just in case anyone is emailing CS!

I know what you mean about phoning,I have to be the right frame of mind.Usually if it means getting money back I am a bit better.
I still have to pluck up courage to phone telewest about getting a cheaper package!
At least over the phone they can't see us....just as well, as with no make up on, the boots CS lady would probably say it was too late for protect and perfect:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I had ordered the R+R for myself but as CAT72 says its quite rich,I might stick to the P+P as I have quite oily skin most of the time.
If I use a rich moisturiser,my face usually slides off during the day!:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0
