PHEW!!! I just managed to sell my last bottle of P+P (sold 9 altogether, all on Buy it Nows). The only problem is that I was so stressed about the falling prices and people saying that they couldnt get rid of theirs, that I now have worry lines and urgently need some P+P!! :rotfl:

Good luck with yours CrepeSuzette...my last 2 bottles went for £20 each....quite a difference from the £35+ prices I was getting a few weeks ago! But hey, its still a profit!!!!

:mad: Who the hell do these people think they are? I cant believe she actually took them off you, then took your friends vouchers as well!!
I must have used about 20 vouchers when the £5 off No7 ones were about at the beginning of the year. I didnt realise that Boots gave out vouchers on the condition you only actually use the odd one or two!
The only thing I can think of is this......did the vouchers have names on that did not match the name on your advantage card? Maybe Boots are cracking down on vouchers that were claimed for specific things (i.e parenting club) being used by anyone other than the named person???

used my parenting club vouchers today and got no7 micro dermabrasion £10
no7 highlights powder and no7 stay perfect lippy in my fav shade grace.only ahd to pay £9.25 so only£10 came off but never mind! only paid with a piggy voucher with a few other bits tht i needed got £5.50 left on a giftcard.
Also found a cacheral amor amor full size gift set for £12.99 so i got 2 sets today

I would call CS. It does depend who answers as to how sympathetic they are (it varies) but surely it can't hurt and they may award you some points to compensate for the vouchers that were taken. I cannot believe the SA had the nerve to take your vouchers of you and your friend!! Did you get her name? I've given CS the name and location of a rude SA before and was assured it would be dealt with - haven't been back to the store since tho :cool: . Me? Whimp?

Anyway, call CS and let us know how you get on, you've not done anything wrong.

No names on any of the vouchers, at the point the 1st SA hadn't put my AC in the card reader so not sure how they could have known how many I used? She didn't have a name tag on & refused to give me her name, the SA who was serving me just stared on in desbelief! This is the only store I go to & I go in only once a month usually to top my phone up, I haven't signed up excessive pregnancy clubs, I signed myself up & my DH. My sister was part of the club but sadly my nephew didn't make it - she carried on using the club to get some of the offers. I haven't bought any P&P products either for myself or to sell on, not that I'm saying people shouldn't do this but just showing my case that I personally don't think I have done anything wrong.

Sounds like the SA has no reason whatsoever for what she did then!!!!
Get onto customer services, tell them what time and in what store this happened, give a physical description of the SA (anything at all that you can remember..long hair, wore glasses...whatever) and I am sure they will be able to work out who she was.
What a complete cow, I hope she gets a reality check from head office, and I hope this doesnt put you off Bootsing in the future.

Oh....and hugs to your sister, my heart goes out to her. :sad:

I would definitely call CS ,I am sure she should have given her name when asked.
I must admit some stores just make me nervous,I have a parenting voucher to use but didn't feel comfortable today .Will try another branch where SAs are more friendly.
