Finally plucked up courage to get the No7 Mirror @ £39.99 on Saturday using my £5.00 Parenting Voucher. Bought lots of other little bits as well and a few big bits. SA very confused when bill dropped right down but she couldnt concentrate since I was talking to her so much to take her mind off the bill !!!

N.B. Anybody else getting a little tired of seeing Boots products all over their home or is it just me? Maybe I need to go on the Tricia Show !!

Having said that I am getting a little tired of seeing Boots products, I now have the No7 Facial Spa, No7 Heavenly Hands and No7 Illuminating Mirror so my bedroom looks like a Beauty Spa - should start charging for people to come and use it !! Now theres a moneymaking thought .......

  • Ahhhhh thanks Sonee :)

I am very pleased with my bargains. Especially because I was nearly tempted to buy a Hydra Quench from Ebay last night and that would have cost me as much as all three items today.

I also have 3 £5 off vouchers and 3 more on their way (if the ebay person is ok) and so shall be stocking right up on my No7

Just been shopping today and bought some own brand Ibuprofin etc using the little 60% MOCs you get when you join the Boots Health Club. It also seems to have taken the new extra discount off from the Health Club promotion instore, I think it's 50% off certain brands of healthcare products. So a pack of tablets costing £1.29 cost me 21p. (Don't ask me how cos I can't understand the till slip!) Also in the Stockton on Tees store (don't know if this is the same everywhere), all the Bobbypin hair accessories are 75% off, there are some gorgeous clips and things for anyone with young daughters. I resisted the urge to buy loads as DD talked me into buying No 17 mascara and stuff which I don't really like at the weekend just so she could get the little makeup bag so I think she's had enough out of me this week.

    Hello Bootsers :)
    I've got an idea :)
We can join a group (something like freecycle - at yahoo or googlegroups) and start sharing tips there. No chat, only newest tips and glitches - directly to your e-mail. I coudl create a group, but I need help writing description etc - I'm not perfect in English :o
  • Just been you know where and used £3 sanc from mag and £5 skincare voucher together on sanctuary 'Radiant skin exfoliator' - £8.95 paid 95p and had a chat with sa who said that the receipt vouchers are being trialled but are likely to be scrapped as they seem to get thrown away more as people just think they are extra bits of receipt......eyes peeled girls!

Getting fed up now. Joined up to Parenting Club on boots.com ages ago. Probably about 2 months ago. Then i noticed that i wasnt getting the points i should be on any of my purchases, was getting skanked, only giving me about a quarter of what they should have been, rang CS and they said to get rid of my card and they would send me a replacement...
Boyfriend decided he wanted an advantage card for himself as he buys most of his aftershave from there, and i signed him up to the Parenting club at the same time. His card came, then his parenting club stuff came...
My new advantage card has just come, but still no parenting club thing for me... i swear my postie is dodgy. I never receive any freebies i apply online for at my house, but they all get delivered to my boyfriends, and now my parenting things have not turned up....
    Should i ring CS???
 By the Power of Greyskull....

The 5.00 skin voucher does work on things like the olay regen hand cream(about 5.99) and time delay hand cream(5.00) also it works on alot of the orange sanctuary products like the body oils/body butter but not the WASH.
I used the 3.00 mag sanct voucher and got 8.00 off!

I got 2 lots of Parenting vouchers today - one for me, one for daughter.

Can someone confirm that the £5 Ruby/No7 is the £16 one in disguise please :) I can't afford a 'surprise' large bill at the moment and hubby would go mad at me.

To be less than 28 weeks your due date would be: week of 3rd Sept (and you are 20 weeks gone now) :)
