The seller has been payed
Anyone can have 100% - i meant was it a new ebayer (what number of feedback).
Even when paid - paypal hold funds of new ebayers or ebayers that have not sold for a while.0 -
Member for 3 years, 365 feedback, plenty of recent sales.0

I've had the same ebay message for a hair product I bought on Sunday, paid by Paypal on sunday ( cost of less than £10) and then noticed on Monday that ebay say the listing has been removed etc. I emailed the seller on Monday asking if there was a problem but have had no reply, they still have active listings and over 662 positve feedback.....very strange. think I might leave it until the end of the week and if nothing has happened I will file a claim.0

Whats a gift payment?
It is possible to "Send Money" as a "Gift" using the recipient's Paypal email address. They don't incur any fees when the money is received but the sender has no Paypal protection if it's mistakenly used for paying for goods and things go wrong.
A scammer could try and ask a buyer to use this method.0 -
Funnily enough one of my listings as disappeared off ebay - even though i sold it and got paid and posted it.
I never received anything off Ebay though - but there is no record of the sale or item page. Technical error maybe - or Ebay removed it.0 -

Maybe they've been shill bidding?“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
