Another option is eBay.

Don't have experience of the seller, but it's one way to perhaps be up and running as soon as you land.

That is via a USB modem. Their normal mobile phone SIM offers just 500 MB for €5. Another 200MB is available for €2.
The eBay seller claims to distribute Tuenti SIMs. So an enquiry might be appropriate.

Yes but perhaps possible to get a Digi sim & activate online as mobile broadband as the login for phone or internet is the same, it says you can change plans in there.
