Doubt it. If you want to automatically pay a set amount set up a Standing Order.
One disadvantage of paying a fixed amount is that it may not cover the minimum payment due.0 -

Is this a wind up? Do you really believe that if it was illegal that Vanquis would operate in this way?
For your information, almost all credit cards will allow you only to set either minimum or full payment for direct debits.
If you wish to send them X amount per month then you need to either set up a standing order with your bank, or you need to send it through Internet Banking that you have with your own bank. Be sure to allow a number of working days for the payment to reach your credit card provider, even if it is with the same company that you bank with.0 -

A Direct Debit is an instruction from a customer to their bank or building society authorising an organisation to collect varying amounts from their account, as long as the customer has been given advance notice of the collection amounts and dates
YOU want to set a amount then its a Standing Order....
But as above the danger is not paying enough.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
