Appaling driving from driving school car

I'd expect under those circumstances an examiner would intervene in the interest of public safety.
And regarding the comment 'an experienced driver would be able to stop in time'; what nonsense. EVERY driver should be able to stop in time!
Of course, a few of us are too conscious of the time delay before the other lights change to green and occasionally choose not to

This time last year I was driving home from work one night, as I approached a roundabout a car belonging to a driving school came screaming across from my left with no intention of stopping so I had to brake hard.
I got his numberplate and website address and then contacted the driving school the next day. They wrote me a nice email and took what had happened seriously and said they would be talking to the driver.
This was a car being driven by one person so not a student being taught.0
