As your making so much money in the Construction industry why buy now? a place for £100k when in a couple of years you would be debt free, saved a good deposit and as people have said the housing market is unlikely to go up anytime soon.
From reading your posts on other threads you seem to have a level head, your driven to make money and yet you seem fixated on buying now. There doesn't seem any logic ,its not a dig as its good to see someone young who has ambition and goals.
You say your in Construction so what actually is your job? Construction covers many different vocations.0 -
Pm sent. We have a decent property in an ideal location come up. We are ready to move in, can afford to do so(just because iv debts, doesnt mean i cant afford to buy)
As never missed any payments, aim to pay most off in next year, whatever the outcome of mortgage. Once its down to a few hundred a month in payments i doubt i will notice it as much and would rather use the funds elseswhere....
We have a long term plan, this is just us eager to get the first step.:eek:Living frugally at 24
