    URGENT - HELP NEEDED

I am doing my first MS assignment tonight for TNS and i have a problem.

They didn't send me the info for the assignment by the usual email as they had a problem with their computer systems, so my regional controller sent it instead as an attachment. The problem is there is no web address to submit my results to and they want it within 24 hours of completion. Does anyone know what web address i need?

What format is the attachment in? If it's word or excel I would just fill it in & then email back to your regional controller.

Alternatively, print off the attachment, fill it in, scan it & email it back.

TNS usually send an email with a link to the online questionnaire & a password specific to the job, then you use this link to log on & submit the results.

Thanks for this Chas. I think it will have to be the printing off and scanning as the attachment isn't in Word or Excel.
  • Rodent, I would try the following as it's generallly easier to complete stuff online. I'm not guaranteeing it will work, but it's worth a try!

If you open the attachment and press (control + a) on your computer, it should highlight all the text. Now open a word document, press (control + v) and it should dump the contents of the original document into a Word document. Now you can type answers into the questions! :D
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

I've got an assignment with Grassroots that I have to do today... bit nervous about it because it involves up to a £40. The email brief states "* The purchase value may be up to £40. You will be reimbursed for this at the time of payment." I'm just a bit nervous about that, not really had a spend of more than £3 before! I thinking that after I've made copies of the receipt etc, I could just return it??? As its an actual shop, not a restaurant or anything.
You can return it, but then, in theory, you'd have to pay tax on the £40, as it would be money in your pocket, i.e. income.

Could you PM me the name of the shop, please? I've never done one of these high spend ones and am quite intrigued. :)
