Goofbid/Goofbay is not working: Any Solution

Has anyone noticed that since goofbay has changed it's name to goofbid that it has stopped working

I've used Goofbay/Goofbid for years with complete success, until recently, when the 1-second snipe facility disappeared. From then on I've lost almost every time to some bidder who can snipe 1 second early.
Yesterday I put in a bid with a 2-second time. This morning I found a) that my bid went in 2 minutes and 40 seconds early, and b) was beaten by someone bidding 23 seconds early. But I can't contact Goofbid to complain without joining Facebook, which I do not wish to do!
So it's goodbye to Goofbid - you goofed!

Maybe give gixen a try, never let me down yet.

There were some serious problems with Goofbid a few months ago but I thought they were all sorted?

I've won a few things using goofbid in the last few weeks with no problems - although if it's something I really really want I also put a snipe in through Gixen as well - just in case!

I always use Goofbid, I've only had a problem with it once.
I've won several lots recently all snipe bids through Goofbid, set to bid at 9 seconds.

I use gixen for the same reason as many it is reliable. Goofbid is unreliable.
