Asda do 'Old fashioned sweet jars' filled with a choice of I think 5 different sweets. Just two pounds, which seems like a bargain & nice to bulk stockings out (Can be found in Gift guide)0

we used to have stuff in one of my dad's army socks - satsuma, nuts, choccies and some sort of toy.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

We always used to use my dad's thick socks as well! Oh bringing back lovely memories!
For DD the staples are socks, hair bobbles/clips, chocolate coins, chocolate father christmas and a few other chocolatey bits. Plus a few little toys and a small bath melt or bomb from lush. This year both (boy and girl) are getting a torch.
