I suffered last two outages but this month I bought £5 goodybag without data so I wouldn't even know

What did you all expect when the Spanish took over o2 ? British service or laxa daisical spanish service ?
Look what the germans did to One 2 One/T-Mobile
France Telecom did to Orange....
3 did by giving customer services to 3 Global Services India
And *no excuse* for Brit Vodafone for giving customer services away to third parties EVEN if they are UK based - they are hopeless.

O2 are struggling to cope with increaseing data traffic.
"O2 is facing an ‘ongoing challenge’ to keep its network running because of the increasing levels of data consumption, the network’s director of business has said."

O2 is an awful network.Glad im not with them anymore.Never had an issue with T-mobile.0
