On their twitter page they say they are working 18 hour days and are really busy. They're probably swamped with emails too. If you're concerned it may be worth calling them

I think they prob read emails and go to check but get distracted cause there just so busy and forget, it's eas to reply to someone who asks when they'll be posted if there all going the same time but harder if you acually nee dto check something out first.
Keep trying i'm sure ypu'll get threw it was engaged for me for ages aswell last week, it takes time to order 12/24 hampers if your doing it over the phone aswell if your not choosing an off the shelf one so they prob have some long phonecalls.DEC GC £463.67/£450
