Had a phone call from the lady in the hamper shop about my order which I am collecting tomarrow, excellent service so far and really lovely to speak to.

They are nice to speak to. I bet their shop is lovely Customer service makes such a difference. There's a Yankee candle shop in my town and the lady who runs it is so friendly - I keep recommending it to my friends.

Just seen on twitter that they have another great offer for the new year. It's a 6 month deal for£70.00 which includes 2 hampers each month to the value of £30.00 each. Offer is available until 5 th December.

Oh no! I can't afford it yet, but there are 2 hampers I really want for family birthdays ... can I resist?

hi i live in the same village as the shop and have been in several times they are a lovely couple. i ordered my dad a hamper for his birthday and they made it look fab and added items at no extra cost. the shop is a lovely little shop with lots of hampers around and you can pick things of the shelf and they will make up for you to collect the next day and if they dont have an item they will get it for you. i have had no issus with them and have ordered the 12 hampers 1x a month.

I'm waiting on my ones from the the first six month deal, the Xmas ones and the new 12 month deal.

Not getting no reply as to when they are coming but assume this is due to hem being busy.

Would love to see pics.
