    Trading standards would obviously have told him to communicate with his customers and to answer emails. Hence the email yesterday saying he was working through answering emails. I hope they look at his sent folder to see who exactly he has emailed. I'm sure his excuse will be that those pesky customers prevented him from completing orders because of all the emails he had to send.

  • I think I was the only one who received their order yesterday from MSE anyway.
  • i'm no 65- £130 hampers not delivered - 3+3 and a £69 xmas hamper with supposedly £100 hamper free. paid thru paypal on 11/10, but luckily via credit card so i will try to get my money back from them.numerous emails to neil, all unanswered.
