Is it worth contacting Watchdog? Or alerting their local Trading Standards to the thread. There must be 100 displeased let down customers here. Surely its a significant number?

How was the complaint with trading standards lodged. Can we lodge a complaint from a distance? Maybe if THEY call round as customers are no longer allowed to.., they will get something other than a rude reaction?

I'm waiting for 4 to my home address and 4 to be delivered to family and friends. I have 40 hampers then to be arranged next year as I have 4 deals ie 4 x £30.00 in value hampers each month starting from February.
If I get them all it will be amazing value, but as yet not got anything!
Have been told mine were sent Monday so should be with me by today, fingers crossed!
I need 1 of them by tomorrow so hope I'm not going to become a disappointed customer. Up to now I've always had replies to my questions from Neil and he seems a nice man,but I feel he has taken on far too much and his kind nature trying to please everyone with lots of changes to hamper deals has just been too much for his small company. Hopefully I'll get my hampers and it will be a better experience in 2013.

I mentioned this to a friend who works for Trading Standards (I actually just said I was awaiting delivery of some hampers and wasn't moaning) and they said they get hundreds of complaints about hampers at this time of year AND I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. It just seems to be difficult for companies to fulfill all orders adequately in time for Christmas which sadly means some customers get let down.

***Was just replying to the question above about whether it's worth contacting Trading Standards or Watchdog. To be honest if it was me I would wait until after Christmas if you want to make a complaint (except where you have a 45 day paypal re-charge limit for example) because complaints and arguments create a further backlog of hampers to be packed and sent!

I'm waiting for 3 + 3 of Christmas Goodies and 2 of the 12 month deal (I doubled up and got two of these deals)

Last week I received my Christmas Special or whatever it was called....the £69.99 one which was supposed to be one hamper of Christmas wares and another luxury one free with similar stuff but when it arrived it was a Cadbury one, a Thorntons one, a preserves one, a sweet one and a tiny one containing a Christmas bar cake, a jar of jam and a little box of mulles wine spice. I immediately rang Neil as I thought I'd got the wrong order. He told me this was the Christmas Special deal but they'd split them into 5 little baskets but on reading back I've seen someone's post listing what was advertised on his website as being in this deal!!! Has someone else got this one please?

The deal cost £79.99 plus about £5 postage.

I had a few items in mine substituted as was agreed before I placed my order but your deal sounds different.

Even though I had two emails promising me the hampers before 8th Dec for the school raffle prizes I didnt get them and still no sign!! On the website my order is still listed as processing
