Hi Sugardonut, did you get anywhere with your complaint, I too did the old switcharoo from EDF to Npower about four weeks ago, I took out two seperate switches, locked in until Nov 13 on elec and locked in until Jan 14 on gas as it looked like it would be cheaper than dual fuel.
I received confirmation in one letter from Npower yesterday saying my switch would be complete for elec on 02/11/12 and had to submit a reading before the 7th, my second letter which I thought would be the same but for the gas was in fact to inform me of a price rise, RISE I thought I was locked in until Nov 13 and still no word on the Gas switch.0
