Orange port out termination fee

You give your 1 months notice on the day you request and are issues with the PAC. That PAC is then valid for 30 days (your months notice). You will always be charged during this months notice.
If you port your number before the PAC expires then your final bill includes charges from the date you disconnected your number from Orange (port date) up until the PAC expiry date (end of your 30 days/1mth notice).
If for example you requested to disconnect (instead of asking for a PAC) on a specific date then your number would disconnect 30 days after you requested this disconnection and your final bill would include charges up until that date. So whether you request a straightforward disconnection or a PAC, you will always pay the 30 days notice period as described in your agreement. The only difference between the 2 is the way they are itemised on a bill.0
